You are prone. Getting rekt and your name are synonymous.

I think Jeter, Ichiro and Pujols, Rivera are all no brainer 1st ballot HOF.

I loooove Todd Helton, but I don't think he'll get first ballot.

Long shots but possible: Ortiz if the steroids link doesn't stick, Beltran, Miggy, Teixeira, Tejada,

If they keep it up: Kershaw, Bumgarner, Tulo, Mauer, Felix, Wainwright, Greinke, Cliff Lee and Verlander might have a shot too...

I like all suggestions except I say no to Beltran/Tejada. I also dislike the DH getting ballots, but I guess it is an important position in half the league.

Mauer won't make it at all.
Doubt Verlander will either.

Greinke maybe, but not 1st ballot.

? if he keeps it up he'll be like one of the greatest to ever play the game
dudes been in the league like 5 years (injured for like 1) and has 3 championship rings, 3 all stars, won ROTY, won MVP, came back after a bad injury and won comeback player of the year.. hits like >300 which for catchers is something rare these days.

Yeah mauer would have if he stayed at catcher but he won't now

Verlander would have have to pitch close to his prime stats and stay healthy to make it

this is true, but i feel the same about kershaw

assuming they can keep up at even 75% of the past few years, both are locks
