Braves writers believe trade may be in the works. Atlanta chose not to replace DL'd shortstop Andrelton Simmons from minors before game.

It's for Brendan Ryan or Willie Bloomquist.. both of whom I don't want.... just put Prado at SS and play Juan Francisco or Eric Hinske.. it's an easy fix when you have Martin Prado

I'd take Mike Aviles or Jason Bartlett...

and that's saying a lot, because the starting SS in the league are good, and then everyone else is shit

The Brewers are believed to be willing to offer Zack Greinke an extension worth close to $100MM over five years, Jon Heyman of CBSSports.com reports.

Cain got more and is the worse pitcher of the two, so yeah.

Also with Josh Rutledge being promoted and Jonathan Herrera coming back soon (and Tulo on his way also), Marco Scutaro could be traded really soon.

Tigers look like his best suitor atm

TB said they may be willing to trade shields, I want him instead. He is cheap (and signed) for the next 2 years. :)

A baseball executive recently suggested that Jimmy Rollins’ contract would be a deterrent if the Phillies were to move him, but they may have one suitor. Danny Knobler of CBS Sports writes that the Dodgers are looking to upgrade their offense and have some interest in Rollins.
