If LeBron James hadn't left I think he would have brought that city an NBA title, at least once, during the past two years.

Yeah yeah we will be back in the playoffs this year and hopefully with a nice addition in the post season we will see another shot @ it soon.

Meanwhile, the Indians will continue to grow in the up comming years, browns just found a diamond in the ruff (brian hoyer) who so far is like superman, while releasing Richardson clearing up some cap space.

I grew up in Irving and got to see a Cowboys win a superbowl, the Stars win a stanley cup, and the Mavs win a title... NEED THE COMPLETION!!! I don't want to be like a cubs fan that goes an entire lifetime without a ring

In the same boat as you. Cept I grew up in Flower Mound.
I don't think I was ever as excited though as when the Rangers were 1 strike away TWICE from winning that World Serious. My fucking heart broke.

Yes'ir. That was tough.

I look back on the Mavericks. That title was SWEEET because the hardships that proceeded it, 06 finals, 07 1st round, 08-10 falling to playoff mediocrity. 2011 was sooo much sweeter.

Rangers resign Frasor for 2014.

Specific areas of concern are the outfield and catcher. First base may also be reviewed. The free-agent market offers the usual: some quality players and others who come with risk. Catcher Brian McCann, designated hitter Kendrys Morales, and outfielders Curtis Granderson, Jacoby Ellsbury, Carlos Beltran and Shin-Soo Choo are among the outside names that are attractive to the Rangers if they don't re-sign their own free agents. Choo is probably the best of the outfield free agents that could help the Rangers.

Pls sum Choo or Grandy. I heard they want to possibly make Cruz strictly our DH? Honestly I have mixed feelings on whether I even want him back.. but at least he'd be out of the OF hopefully.

I like bringing Frasor back. good veteran arm back there.
And yes, 1st base needs to be addressed. So many quality free-agents this year compared to previous years. So glad we only did 1-year deals for AJ and Berkman last year.

my wish list:
#1. McCann
#2. Kendrys
#3. Choo

I don't expect to get all 3 by any means, but we need to get atleast one of them

I mentioned on the Astros forum that he would be a good veteran to sign for one or two years. Some guy said he wants to return to the Rangers.
