jesus wont come up this season. why would they bring him up? to keep the  bench warm? Sure, he could get the dh spot or maybe replace cervelli, but then his catching will suffer. Besides, it looks like Po might be turning around now that he knows he has to earn a spot in the lineup. Better leave jesus in 3A, keep grooming him, and call him up next season.

i would love to see him as a september call up

as soon as you think Posada is turning it around, he will fall back off again. Hes done it twice already this season.

because his defense still stinks.
So unless the yankees don't plan on keeping him, I say leave him in 3a where he can continue to develop into an awesome long term catcher for us.

I am hoping for a September call up as well, as are many Yankees fans.

Triple A season is almost over..
A September callup would be very good for him I think.

true, forgot minors' season ends in September.
hmm, then i guess he could benefit playing as back up catcher. And having Girardi as a mentor is also a plus.

and i think you forgot get off your multi

Signed 18th rounder Dan Camarena for $335k, which is an INSANE deal considering he was considered the most un-signable guy the Yankees drafted.  According to BA he already flashes an average changeup(very rare for high schoolers) with a "big league breaking ball".  His fastball currently sits 87-91mph but should add a tick or two as he fills out.  He could very well be the best pitcher the Yankees selected in this years draft.

Also are very close to signing 6th rounder Jake Cave.  He was in Tampa sometime last week to meet all the big leaguers so I'm sure that had a lot to do with it.

I was mistaken. It's going to be DJ Mitchell vs Matt Moore. Blah
ballz wrong quote.
