Because Constanza has MLB experience.
We do the same shit every year with MLB ready minors.. yet we don't give them the chance

Jordan Parraz is with you guys now? The guy was consistently a beast last year on the team formerly known as the Scranton Wilkes-Barre Yankees.

Yeah we signed him as a MiLB FA with a NRI to ST. He consistently was a beast during spring training
