yup. fucking beast mode.
did u see how pumped he was after? holy shit.

Yeah I did haha, he was beyond pump. That's good for him, he needs a confidence booster like that.
I thought Frieri lost his closing spot, so I was super surprised to see him on the mound in the 9th.. but he played well

Ernesto Frieri's ERA is still over 6? Wow. This guy is making closer Josh Fields look, well, horrendous as usual since his ERA is over 12. LOL

The Oklahoma product is 3-0 with a 2.84 ERA while averaging 6.3 innings in his first six starts. His walk rate (4.3) is a little high, but he's throwing his fastball more than a full tick faster (94.8 mph in 2013, 96 in '14), is striking out 9.5 batters per nine innings (compared to a rate of 6.1 from 2011-13), sports the lowest hits-per-nine rate in the American League (5.9) and has allowed only one home run in 38 innings.

GG Skaggs, 8 IP, 2 ER, 0 BB, 4 K's
might have been a mistake to let him go back out for the 9th tho, he was at almost 100 pitches.
retired 21 in a row at one point.

also Cron hit his first major league HR.

2 for 2 against the jays with weaver and wilson coming up to finish the series.
