it was an offer by wren to show he isn't dumping salary, and he wants real value if he is going to trade a good player, he was probably getting shitty offers from everyone and he was like im tired of this shit, no i am not going to trade prado for a platoon player in smith and a shit prospect, or for a non tender candidate in delmon young
