born and raised in wa state. was a mariner's fan even before ichiro's debut.

Then you should be excited. This team actually has a chance to make a push in the playoffs.

I've watched the M's lose to the Orioles and the Yankees in the postseason when their team was stacked, yet they couldn't finish them. This team has that chance with the skills, energy, and tenacity they should make it to the ALDS.
