What a painful weekend, glad I didnt get to see any of it.

I watched a few innings on Fox Sports Southwest. When did that lineup become so bad all of a sudden?
Do you think Nelson Cruz is pressing and playing nervously, as he possibly awaits for his suspension?
Slugger Nelson Cruz is only 3-for-22 in his last 22 at-bats. His struggles over the past six games are hard to ignore.

But last I heard, nothing new to report on Cruz's situation...

ARLINGTON, Texas -- Texas Rangers CEO Nolan Ryan said that the club has heard nothing about the status of outfielder Nelson Cruz, after Milwaukee Brewers slugger Ryan Braun was suspended last Monday for the rest of the season.

Cruz is reportedly under investigation for ties to Biogenesis, a closed anti-aging clinic in Florida linked with the distribution of performance-enhancing drugs. Braun is among the more than one dozen players under the same investigation for being linked to the Miami-based clinic.

It probably will take another week or two for something big to go down. These players could be striking a behind-the-scenes deal like Braun got.
