Jeffress is the reason it keeps happening. He's been in all 3 games and gives up at least 2 base runners in every appearance. 2.1IP has led to 7 hits, 2 walks, 1 home run and 2 earned runs.

Did you actually watch any of those games? Throwing him in during the 8th with 3 on and 1 out then blaming him for shitty stats is retarded. I'll agree that he's light-years away from his regular season dominance, but the playoffs are a different beast. He gave me a few grey hairs tonight, but I have complete faith in Counsell and the bullpen that got us this far.

Sure did, Game 1 is true, a shitty spot to come in on but a couple hits nonetheless, I didn't include those runs in the stat line I threw out.
Game 2 was another tough spot to come in on, but giving up a single to load the bases and then walking in a run is lol. Then he comes out the next inning and gives up a single and the game winning HR to Turner
Game 3 he got a clean slate to work with and loaded the bases, he came through in the end though with some clutch ass SOs.

I'm looking forward to the next time he's on the mound.
