It's 1 thing to get blown up in the playoffs like Kershaw did in the past -- I give him a pass on some because the guy was pitching 3-4 games+ on short rest, 3 days at times...

Only thing I can say to defend him is that he did face the Astros, who were #1 in so many offensive categories -- they blew everyone up

I don't nescessarily disagree with you, but how do you know he wasn't fatigued?

I'm just telling you what baseball guys in the know are saying...

Guys have been saying Farrell burnt out Sale last year, after all i wanna say he did lead the league (or was damn close to it) in innings pitched. I really don't mind taking a slightly more conservative approach with him, it's not like he had a no hitter going (gave up a hit in the 2nd inning).
