i've said it probably 100 times, the year they were confirmed to have used this in what, 60 games? they had better road than home splits, so not sure why people act like this is even close to the level of the steroid era etc (for any of the teams doing it, boston, LA, NYY, etc)

the only stat that hinted at benefit from the 2017 season was stolen bases, which yes, 100% sign stealing would benefit

but ops, BA, OBP, etc were all better on the road than at home that season, so explain to me where the benefit was?

people are quick to point out the post season, but if you're telling me a sample of potentially 81 vs 81 games isn't significant, but a sample of what, 10 and 10 in the post season is?
