cubs were up 3-1 game at wrigley against florida marlins
he was listening to game on radio while at game, reached out for a foul ball and interfered with cubs player so he didn't record the out.
as I remember it there was 1 out before that play, they got the 2nd out shortly after but allowed 8 runs in the inning and went on to lose 4-3.
this was 2003 so maybe i got some details wrong, but he had to go into hiding people treated him like he was a witch in salem.
