Cubs, Rockies, Padres, Astros, Twins, (probably) Phillies

are the only for sure sellers right now lol. Usually like twice this many around this time

True (A's should become sellers soon, but probably not right at this moment because false hope etc.)

A's should end up trading McCarthy which would be a good boost for anyone

I honestly have no idea what the M's have to offer, Millwood I guess.
