Dickey with 7.1 shutout innings. 9 wins (first in majors). Lowered his ERA to 2.44

Mets win 3-1 but left 11 men on base (should have blew the Nats out) and Frank Francisco lost the shutout in the 9th giving up a homer to Ryan Zimmerman.

Mets gave them every chance though by leaving too much traffic on the bases. David Wright made a sweet double play (stepped on third and threw to first on the run) in the bottom of the 7th when the Nats had two guys on base with no outs. A lot of spectacular defensive plays by the Mets and Dickey pitched well. The man is closing in on 25 consecutive scoreless innings pitched. He's a real joy to watch pitch. I wish he pitched for the Astros so I could watch all of his starts.

I got to watch some of the game on a nice little stream but it kept lagging every 5-10 minutes.

It's easier for me to find a nice "audio broadcast" from the team's official websites. I enjoy listening to the games as I browse d2jsp.

I wish my Comcast Xfinity gave free MLB Extra Innings like they did the first two weeks of the season, LOL.
