I have actually noticed quite a few...and I only got to play for about two hours yesterday.

-Lag/odd pausing during those opening clips
-When using the full pitcher view when pitching, after each pitch, the catcher moves a bit to readjust for the next pitch....the umpire has a hover hand on him the entire time.
-Volumes fluctuates a lot (Gets real quiet and then too loud a few mins later, then back to quiet etc)
-Lot of line drives hit to the pitcher (Only played two full exhibition games and have seen like 5 already rolf)


Overall though, been very impressed so far.
Most impressed with the improved graphics and physics.
The sound is also really impressive this year.
Have not tried Dynasty yet, will try tonight.

Learned a cruel and annoying thing last night....

I simulated year one and in the offseason I let like half my minor league players walk via free agency since they were all d or f potential...assuming the computer would auto fill my minors....yea..that don't happen. Spent 20 min signing people lol.

I was meaning more along the lines of
- Players running through other players on the base paths.
- Base runners tucking their arms in when sliding head first into bases instead of reaching out (Like they do now in 12)
- Outfielders predicting the exact location where the ball will hit off the wall and standing in the spot where it will land before the fly ball even hits the wall. (Every player had a Phd in physics apparently)
- Balls landing outside a players glove (sometimes 1-10 feet) and teleporting into their glove.
- Balls flying through gloves
- Mostly every player having the same homerun swing or swing in general (I nearly orgasm'd when multiple players on my team swung through differently)

Loads of other stuff. I have over 175 captured videos from Mlb the show 10 and 11 of such things.

When you said "Players running through other players on the base paths. " , it reminded me of something I saw last night playing MLB 12....

When I hit a ground ball and was out, my player (Fielder) walked back to the dugout (Which he took the route of walking through the pitchers mound) while the pitcher and the catcher were standing there talking.
He walked in the middle of them talking and a force field or something pushed them back a little and Fielder passed through.


Shit was like Space Science or something.

Well one thing I saw a lot of in 11 was plays at second base. Attempts to break up double plays specifically. A player would begin his slide, and while he was still a foot or two away the fielder would begin to fall as if the runner was underneath him. In other instances, the runner would be sliding fully through the legs of the fielder and the player would be unaffected.

i just wish i could play the set difficulties without pulse pitching cuz that shit is mad dumb
