not watching the game, but what is collins doing with harvey?

6 2/3rds innings pitched with 97 pitches.....doesn't really seem like an innings limit type of outing to me


we were up 7-2 in a game against the reds...


i guess the idea is that if we win this game harvey won't have to go out there untill the playoffs since we'll clinch
