I'll take a second not addressing you Giants scoundrels and post about Kershaw. His decline from last year was inevitable considering how great it was, and I was curious what people's opinions are of him on here. Everywhere I look as far as sports commentators have this "sky is falling" approach when in reality he's a third of a run on average a game to have a sub 3.00 ERA and his strikeouts are still where you'd expect them. His velocity seems to still be there, he's just giving up the long ball more.

Shit happens, in my opinion. Gave up 2 to Bryant last night who he hasn't seen before and it was in Chicago (although the homer off his curveball was a huge one rofl).

Still the man in my opinion. Others are having close to career years and that might feed into people's opinions on Kershaw but prior to last night I think he had a 5 game run of like 1.94 ERA ball. His offense let him down like they let Greinke down, only not as bad. Gotta save those runs for fucking Anderson I guess :/.
