I am using the only Major League sample size we have...If I had more, I would use more. He said that Walker has never been good in the Majors and just last year he was good, while only 21 years old.
For reference, Felix's 21 year old season he had a 3.75 fip and a 7.8 k /9...Walker was 3.6 and 8 k/9. Now I'm not saying Walker will be Felix, nor am I saying he is better. I am saying Walker was good last year, in his limited time.
