Pomeranz sent down to "work on mechanics" (his mechanics are fine, he's just had a couple freak injuries that forced him to leave games early), walks are a bit high but I don't think it's a mechanical problem. So they send him down and leave Moyer in the rotation. What does Moyer offer right now? 5 inning of mediocre to bad pitching at best? Instead of getting the young guys experience, they stay with Moyer, that makes absolutely zero sense to me.

Moyer is nothing but a novelty at this point, and it's just bringing the team down. Either release him or make him the long man out of the pen. I guess you don't get known for being the worst organization in baseball when it comes to developing pitching for nothing.
