Phillies basically screwed over Hellickson by not trading him. They will prolly not put the QO on him and kill his value as teams aren't going to want to surrender a 1st rd pick for a mediocre starter.

They should have just traded him for w/e they could get.

Hellickson has a mediocre as fuck career.

Hellickson was once a top prospect, minor league player of the year, and rookie of the year. He was really good his first couple years with TB. If you want another example, Ian Kennedy got 5/$70m.
