I'm pretty sure Toronto is in. They are just playing too well right now. Their schedule isn't too tough either.

Should be a great race but I believe Yankees will likely be the ones out. They def have the hardest schedule.

Red Sox have 9 of their remaining 14 games vs Nats and Orioles. 3 against the Yankees and that's the only team above .500 they face. At home as well, so another slight boost.
It also helps that they have 4 days off for those 14 games so that should keep the pitching fresh. Jays and Yankees only have 2 and 1 I believe.

Almost certain that the Jays are getting in but the Red Sox have no excuse not to imo.
