well... i mean yea that would be nice... but it is a business and thats not how you run a business. also if it comes back positive, thats his fault

Why should they have to pay him after his death if it was DUI? Sucks he's dead and RIP... but seriously??? If thats the case we all could drink a whole bottle and go into work and get hurt and just get paid... It's all sad and I'm glad I got to see him pitch last year at a game... We lost a few good ones this last year!

Yeah all good except your employer probably hasn't signed you to a fix contract. Probably says you work for pay, not they'll pay you $50M over six years
