It all depends on pitching matchups and a little bit of home field. Fernandez is one of the top 5 pitchers in baseball which is why the odds are so high and Fernandez is nearly unbeatable at home.
With that said, baseball is a game of inches and anything can happen any given day to any pitcher.
I see, thanks for the answers guys. I actually looked at the pitchers matchup on MLB and they said Fernandez was in the worst stretch of his career, with an ERA of 6 since July 28th.. And like I said, KC has won like 10 in a row and the Marlins have lost 4 and they're both 65-60 on the season so I found that strange that the odds were so lopsided
