Ok but rosters are not set. Any team could go out and add Upton, Davis etc which according to WAR would add wins to these projections. My point is that they will be obsolete in a month.

These graphs dont work very well anyways

they have shit on the Royals the last 2 seasons and the Royals have crushed their expectations

And at that point, they'll publish new ones that a computer once again spits out. They're useful for today. That's all they're meant to be for.

It's no different than taking a two week sample on a player... He could hit .400 with 8 HRs and 24 RBIs..and the next two weeks he hits .120 with 0 HRs and 3 RBIs. One two week sample doesn't mean shit towards the next one.

and the year before that as well?

Not sure you can say making it to the WS twice as a fluke.

Brewers losing 100+ games is a lock I think

Khris Davis will be traded before the season and Chris carter is probably our cleanup hitter rofl

Pitching will be atrocious as well almost 0 upside to starting rotation or bullpen besides maybe will smith who we overused 2 years In a row

Knebel is solid; hopefully they trade Davis to open up a spot for Domingo Santana (cuz he can't play CF)

I think the Mets are overrated at this point. We're back to having the #1 pitching staff with a bottom 10 offense again without Cespy.

Unless the Mets can convince Upton or Cespy to come for a short term high $ deal, I don't think we're in business to even make the playoffs. The Nats are really really good too and they don't get enough loving.
