Or a top 10 pitcher + a high draft pick. I'd certainly consider something along the lines of Degrom/Kluber/Cole/etc + a 2nd round pick or something like that.

That's not true. Unless the Kershaw owner only has one decent player, then they can consider it. But quantity =/= quality when you can only keep 5.

Oh, true true. Forgot this has to be before keepers are in.
Afterwards though, definitely. (when no max 5)

as saphire said, a trade seems necessary, if not just to make your 5keeper decision much easier than it currently is.

Especially for a Sox fan. It's nice to know i'm not completely homering thinking about keeping him.
