parlay limit (min two picks). Single bet limit does not apply here

Max I can be in the hole from the lines offered. If this limit is reached, payouts will be done FIFO style by the thread posts

Starting pitchers are irrelevant. If you want your bet to be listed pitcher bound, just lmk in your post. (in this case, listed pitcher must throw the first pitch for his team)
