you still need to extend Wright long-term so they'd probably just be rentals (Greinke/Hamels) unless the Mets really opened their pockets

Only the O's have called so far (as far as the public knows), but they've called literally everyone about everyone who is available.

he's got ugly home/road splits that wouldn't play well at Safeco. Plus you'd have to give up a lot including one of Hultzen/Walker (as if the Dbacks really need more top pitching prospects)

Aren't contenders this year, or next year likely. Plus the 'Stos asked for a lot for him back then

he should be traded this year, but you guys either aren't getting anything significant in return, or have to eat some of that contract
