That is where you are confused. It was not a bet. He said send by x time. The guy sent by x+y time. Therefore it is not a bet.

I just think that if he said by 4:18 then when the fg was sent "after" the time he wanted he should have sent the fg back right away because he was obviously still there till "4:18"

What if he went afk right after he posted? I do it at times. Not sure what he did.

I mean it is possible, but if he posted a time it had to be sent by I am assuming he wasn't afk until that time

Or he went afk right when he saw it was 4:18, which would have been 29 seconds prior to when the guy sent.
Not saying he did do that, but its possible and this isn't a bet either way.
