Tonight was pathetic. After last night, they come out and get no hit for the 2nd time this season. On the biggest stage of them all. Just so frustrating and embarrassing.

Besides harper whos hitting well over .350, nobody is even cracking .240. 2nd highest avg this postseason is jt, think it was .236 or something. These guys need to come out swinging tm early and often. Get to verlander again, keep him winless during the WS.

Jean segura , where the fuck has he been since early in the playoffs. After his go ahead hit, after his costly error, hes been virtually invisible.

Syndy on the mound tm, not sure how i feel about it after seeing eflins stuff tonight. He looked filthy.
Must win tomorrow imo.

It was bound to happen, just didn't expect to not get a hit lol. People were underestimating the Astros thinking the Phillies would close it at home. They're entirely too good for that and after being embarrassed the other night they came out with their best punch.

Syndergaard will have a short leash, but expect a bounce back performance from the offense.

Whoever wins tomorrow night wins the series most likely. Phillies especially, they can't go down 3-2 and then go on the road and expect to win two straight. They have the bounce back factor now so they should hopefully handle business tomorrow and be in control with a chance to close it on Saturday.

every time i think you're not a clueless homer you say shit like this

top 4 in the lineup went 4 for 19 last night and houston still put up a 5 spot in the 5th; how many times did we get 2 on with 1 or 2 outs only to see diaz come up to the plate? lol

as i said in one of these threads, if yordan gets going it's night night philly, but as long as he keeps going 0/3 or 1/4 you guys have a chance

not to mention the DH spot is like 2 for 40 this post season, mancini trade is looking horrible now as he's hitless the entire post season i'm pretty sure

need to put that rookie kid back in who went 1 for 3 the other day and see what he can do

One of the only two players with a 1.000 OPS all season whos got like a .400 OPS this post season? Yeah if he plays like he did all year itโ€™s over

Hell, it might be over anyway ๐Ÿ˜‚

Every team the Phillies have faced have said the same thing to this point about their best hitters. You apparently didn't see what they did to the Padres superstars who are better than anyone on the Astros lol

Astros pitching has gotten them here. Their pitching is amazing.

Astros fans are obnoxious lmao. Met a lot of fun ones tonight though, most are cool.

I really hope Phillies win Saturday night. I do not want to be at the game where the Astros win it all and the chaos after.

altuve 2022 post season -

ALDS vs SEA - 0 for 16 with 6 strike outs
ALCS vs NYY - 3 for 16 with 5 strike outs
WS vs trash town - 7 for 22 with 1 strike out

yordan started slumping against the yankees after single handily beating seattle

not sure if you're just drunk all week or what, i can objectively say this astros team is not as good as teams in the past few years (although Pena is a freaking stud), but your trash team is lucky to even be in this series. your pitchers are all shit and outside of harper and realmuto (who's knees look like they're about to give out) you guys have nothing.

if castellanos doesn't make that catch game one this could have been a sweep or a 5 game sweep
