I'll just say that he did enter the season with the O's injured, which probably exacerbated how bad he really is. If he gets back to form like he was with Rangers, he can at least be a capable starter.

Idk who Smith is but I assume he'll be just a rotational corner outfielder. Or maybe he'll be a fucking stud like other players we've acquired from Seattle in the past :P

gallardo is a good vet to eat innings, good for a 3.5-4 era barring he stays healthy(23 starts last year as opposed to 30+ 7 years in a row)
