Regardless, no cap in baseball. And The Cubs tv rights will be up in a couple years and will get a billion dollar + contact for the TV rights alone and there will be a Cubs channel on tv. They will have so much money that the toilet paper at wrigley will be $100 bills. They can do and buy who/whatever they want. And still have plenty of top prospects to replace people if needed.

I don't think we'll be able to sign all of them but Rizzo/Baez are signed through 2020 and the rest are 2021. I also think they all may take a small discount to stay together if they can put together a nice little run.
