I honestly don't see him coming back, and I think Alderson will find the right team with the right assets as he once did with R.A. Dickey, (who I wouldn't be opposed to bringing back btw,) and hopefully its not the Yankees or a NL east division team.
I can understand the frustration but it makes no sense to trade Harvey.
Hes young, one of the best pitchers in the game, and under team control for peanuts.
Despite the expectation that he should sacrifice his health for the team coming off of TJ, pitching too much his first year back is a legitimate concern so i give him a bit of leeway here. Hes planning on pitching in the playoffs if we make it, so idrc.
Dickey we sold extremely high on. He was coming off the CY young year.
Bringing him back at age 41 when hes had some pretty mediocre years makes little sense when we have all this great young pitching under control for next to nothing.
Hes also somewhat likely to have his 12M option picked up if he continues his strong 2nd half.
I'd only consider it if we end up needing a 5th man and hes very cheap somehow.(extremely unlikely)

why is collins insisting on batting murph 3rd
imo the best lineup:
granderson
murphy/wright
cespedes
duda
murphy/wright
d'arnaud
conforto
flores
pitcher
Funnily enough over at PSD they were complaining about the lineup too. I just came back from there.
Murph early makes sense against the righty.
Hes hitting .294 against them, with a .804 OPS.
He alternated lefties and righties, and the lineup typically is nearly statistically meaningless aside from that. Even over the course of a full year the effect is very very small.
