gardner has been pretty bad offensively lately as well.

dude hasent stolen a base since late june. i guess hes a power hitter now.



pls sum offense from gardner and teix.

Everyone on the team stopped stealing bases. I think it's a Girardi thing more than anything. He doesn't want to risk losing baserunners with how well Teix and Alex have been hitting.

What a glorious at bat by Beltran. Estrada just threw 9 straight pitches for balls and dude swings at a fastball at his eyes. Estrada throws another pitch that wasn't even close and then Beltran pulls a change-up away and out of the zone into a inning-ending double play. :wallbash:
