yes. I don't know if it will do any good but he is a below average manager overall, a poor in game manager (see rookie pitchers batting in the WS) and he just has not done anything worthy of keeping his job. Lets be honest, he would have been fired last year if he was not sick.
lot of the boston sports media wants to see him fired I can tell you that. I'm not sure if it'll help like you say but I think this team/organization should do everything in it's power to make a SERIOUS world series run this year being Ortiz' last (year).
