Here's to hoping that the bomb Rios hit will jump-start his bat and get his confidence up. We need him to start producing on a consistent basis to keep this push alive.

he looked really good yesterday, hitting line drives. He isnt a homerun threat imo around 30 is his limit. but i could see 50+ doubles with 30+ steals

Yup, particularly in the post-steroid era of baseball. When the elite mashers in the game are producing 50 or fewer per season, 30+ is certainly a legitimate threat. Regardless, I don't care how Rios produces RBIs as long as he keeps them coming. If Wells and Rios can combine for 200 in a season we'll be golden -- and that's not too much to ask from your 3 & 4 hitters especially considering the potential ours have.
