Damn. Infield single for Grent Green. All of Keuchel's hits allowed have been bleeding singles. Two of them on the infield. Pujols is the only one who hit it past the infield.

damn if we get shutout again this will be the 2nd time this homestand, when we hadnt been shut out for like ~100 games dating back to july of last season. O.o

Astros have the bullpen warming up. Dallas Keuchel is already approaching his season high in pitches. Yes. He got a 1-4-3 double play. Turned it himself. Now he can finish the 8th inning.

Three-hit shutout over eight innings for Dallas Keuchel. He's at 109 pitches thrown total.

Bo Porter should allow him to pitch the ninth to try for back-to-back complete game shutouts.

Since it's a 5-0 Astros lead after 8 innings. Keuchel has a 113-pitch game earlier this season. I think it's possible.

Jose Altuve has made three amazing plays in the field tonight. He's hitting like a beast in May also. LOL

Keuchel just past Lester and Shields (2.67 ERA) for the 8th best ERA in the American League through 10 starts. At 2.66 now.

and to think richards came into this game at like 2.42 :(
still at 2.90 tho (and i think it should be lower considering 3 of those runs came in on errors)

Dallas Keuchel is in the game pitching the bottom of the 9th. He's trying to become the first Astros starter to pitch back-to-back complete game shutouts since Roy Oswalt in 2008. Roger Clemens did it in 2005 prior to that. There's one down already. Oh man, Keuchel is still dealing.
