Big Mike

That changeup has looked nasty today. 5 whiffs on it by my count so far.

Would have loved to see him pitch a bit longer but he was looking a bit tired. 6IP, 4H, 1R, 2BB, 7K's in his first start at Yankee Stadium. Big Mike is here to stay.

Excellent job by Phelps. Girardi has shown a ton of confidence in him so far and Phelps rewarded him big time tonight.

A stud pitcher is always a better to get than a potential stud hitter. . .worked out for yanks so far

No way. Hitters are always a safer bet.

I was initially going to say this, but I think he's saying an established "stud" of a pitcher, vs. a "potential stud" of a hitter, as he only used potential with regards to the hitter
