Logan, Joba, Mo, Hughes, Pettitte, Reynolds, Ryan, and Overbay. I think that's it.

Hopefully some dollars can get wiped off the books for the 2015 FA class.

That method of thinking is so outdated. Teams have more money to spend these days and are locking their young players up early. Notable free agents are becoming more and more rare; I mean who's the last surefire stud to hit FA since CC and Teix? The Yankees need to evolve and actually start developing their own players now, because simply outspending teams is not going to work anymore. What is really a shame is that the only market where the Yankees can flex their financial muscle(International Free Agency) is the area where they are least involved. On top of that, the self-imposed $189mm cap for next season is going to severely limit their spending power as well.

Pettitte has been one of my favorite pitchers this past decade. Gonna be sad to watch him go.

Sad, but not really surprised.

I haven't been following past few days. Are we pretty much done? I know we have a series vs tampa, but even if we swept them can we take wildcard slot?

Baseball Prospectus gives us a 1% chance of making the playoffs.
