Almonte sucks

That drop fly in center field took away an RBI double for Castro. It set up this two-run inning. I was only expecting the Astros to win Sunday's game with Collin McHugh pitching. They may win tonight and possibly hand King Felix his second loss of the season, both would have came against the Astros. LOL

Mariners will probably come back though... Our bullpen sucks.

Brad Peacock isn't any good. Mariners don't have a hit yet in the top of the 4th.

The .178 hitting Brad Miller singles. Goodbye no-hitter bid.

Sensational 6-4-3 double play. Jose Altuve turns it as well as any second baseman in the game. Jose Altuve is going to be due a hefty payraise pretty soon. The guy makes $840,000 a year. He's playing about as well offensively as Robinson Cano is this season, and I'd argue Altuve is better hustle wise and on defense, and yet he makes a fraction of Cano's salary.

Jose Abreu hit his 11th home run for the White Sox tonight. The Astros were out-bid by the White Sox for that Cuban slugger this past winter. He would have been an incredible first baseman for us and even DH once Jon Singleton is called up. We're so desperate for offense too. The Astros have to spend at least $120 million on their payroll if they want to seriously contend in the AL West. This $44 million dollar payroll is a joke. Even the Mariners spend big money and they aren't much better than we are.

Mike Zunino hits a two-run homer with two outs in the top of the 5th to tie the game 2-2
About time. I was shocked Brad Peacock was pitching so well. He's easily our worst starter.

The Mariners have some good looking hitters but a lot of them seem to be in slumps.

It's annoying that you think the Astros are at the same level as the Mariners

I did imply the Mariners are a better team by saying they aren't much better, and I clearly meant in these head-to-head games so far in 2014. We're 2-1 against the Mariners this season. Could have been 3-0 if not for that 3-0 blown lead late in the game when Seager hit two straight bombs.

Astros just regained the 3-2 lead in bottom of the 5th. If we win tonight we'll improve to 3-1 against the Mariners this year.
Marc Krauss has two hits off Felix Hernandez tonight. It would be shocking if the Astros can beat your ace twice in two weeks.

2 games under .500 is not much better than 10 games under?

Pls

You caught us when we were slumping in our 9 game losing streak as well.

I'm only talking about head to head and the season series. We play each other what, 19 or so times?
I'd like to see the Astros take the season series regardless if you guys win 15 or 20 more games in 2014.
