Best thing to do is check back periodically and see. If we sign Balfour, he will take the role. If not, I feel it's pretty much up for grabs with a slight nod to Farquahar atm.

Former Mariners GM Bill Bavasi contacted SB Nation's Rob Neyer about Bavasi's trade of Shin-Soo Choo to the Indians in 2006.
While Bavasi said he was under pressure from Seattle's upper management to improve the club, he doesn't excuse himself for moves that backfired,
