Well I agree with that, I mean players fall off all the time.
Herrera doesn't look at all like a fluke though...last year he was a rookie, and after the All-Star break (234 At-Bats) he got on base around a .400 clip as a ROOKIE. He hit .300 AVG as a rookie on the season too.
This year he came into the season looking even better, and not only that but he has already drawn more walks this season (31) through 43 games than he did all of last season (28) through 147 games.
His plate discipline is unreal, he was such a diamond in the rough for the Phillies. A rule 5 draft pick.
Sure, he'll hit rough patches but I think in general we're seeing a player that is going to get on base at a high rate and makes for a nice piece to build with.
