Giants are going to win the NL West in 2010. That starting rotation is downright dominating and their bullpen is solid. They could use another bat or two, but former batting champion Freddy Sanchez will be back soon.

Astros have three of the top 33 picks in June's draft and they're likely going to earn another top 5 pick after this horrible season. They can re-stock their weak farm system in no time. Ed Wade isn't a good general manager, but he's been successful with the way he drafted over the years. He put a good core together with the Phillies.

It may not be until 2014 or 2015 when the Astros are relevant again.
