He had nothing. Fastball had zero command, curveball didn't break, slider didn't slide, and everything that was a strike was in the middle of the plate. Was about as bad as a pitcher can look.

He's been throwing in simulated games down in minor league camp. Brain Cashman himself reported that he was sitting 93mph and was throwing as hard as 95mph so that was a really good sign.

I believe it's just a matter of stretching him out before he starts his rehab assignment. Cesar Cabral, who had a similar shoulder injury and had the same exact rehab schedule as Pineda, just started his rehab assignment. He is a reliever though, so he doesn't need to be stretched out and was able to start his assignment a bit sooner. The timetable for Pineda to pitch in the big leagues is still around the All-Star break.

You guys have a lot to look forward to later on/in the second half of the season

Doesnt even look like there will be much catching up to do at this rate
