Robinson Cano is due up first in the bottom of the 9th. Let's see what he does. It's a 5-2 Astros lead. Josh Fields is coming in for the save attempt. At least he's leading off. Worst case scenario is he goes yard and it's still a two-run lead. He hasn't shown much power all year long though.

Josh Fields had a 1-2-3 bottom of the 9th and picked up another save. His ERA is at 2.08 and he's been a bright spot out of the bullpen. The Astros are now 7-14 on the season. The Mariners have lost eight games in a row and are 7-13 on the season.

If the Astros can sweep the Mariners tomorrow afternoon (3:40 PM Eastern start) we'll move out of the AL West cellar.
