I left right after my post saying to send by 4:18, I wasn't even at home to see when he sent it.
I didn't even think he would be sending any way because he had posted originally that he would take the bet, edited it say that he wouldn't be taking my bet because someone else confirmed their bet already, and then edited again after he had sent.

But all of that is irrelevant, right? I should have been more specific in my requirements.
I should've done the right thing and sent back the fg immediately even when I had no possible way of doing so.

You had every intent of taking the bet, and he sent @ 4:18, the time you requested.
