Once we get Pineda back mid season we should have one of the best rotations out there.

CC,Hiroki, Pineda, pettitte maybe, nova.........

Don't count your chickens before they hatch. I don't expect anything from Pineda next season, and neither should the Yankees.

they should. they put all that money into him. they need to get something out of him. granted he had to get tommy john. but lets not make this another arod situation

What money? They traded for him and he's still making league minimum. He didn't get tommy john though. It was a shoulder procedure, that's much more serious.

He's making minimum for at least the first 3 years before he becomes arbitration eligible.

Resigned Ichiro to 1-year $5mm.

Pettitte close to resigning and announcing his return, Joel Sherman suggests the deal is $10-11mm.

And Mo is expected to sign this week.

Why can't Pettitte take a little pay cut? LOL, he's already made way too much in his career.

He took a huge paycut last year.

He's a devoted Christian. Probably felt it was the right thing to do given his injuries and rehab.
