I gotta go back to uni in two weeks for my last semester of my BCom in finance. Got a gig doing resource management for the Fed when I'm done (signed my contract two weeks ago.. Doing part time during school then moving to FT)

Warning: if you're planning on doing the CFA, that shit is hard as fuck. I did level 1 already (at the start of my 3rd year uni) and it was a bitch.

Might be easier with a full degree but it was the hardest thing I've ever done.

i've thought about it but both that and CPA are back burner for now, time to get out and earn at least for a year or two before more qualifications.

might do them in a year or two, or if job prospects look bleak. but for now need some $, just moved into a condo with the GF.

If i think i can pull off part time on certifications while working full time i might do that, but not until i've been in a new position for a few months at least

I don't even think I'm gonna finish the CFA. I won't use it in my job atm, and most federal finance positions are more accounting than finance.

Gonna do the CPA part time while I work over the next couple years, then if I ever need the CFA again I may go back to it.
