Let's go Jarred Cosart. A 1-2-3 first inning. Three groundball outs. That's his game.

Oh Cosart, stop teasing me with that amazing curveball and tough Mariano Rivera esque cutter inside.
I heard he improved over the winter and worked hard on his game. The kid was already nails as a rookie.

Jarred Cosart has four shutout innings in the books. Only two hits allowed, two Ks but he's at 64 pitches already,

2-0 Astros in the middle of the 4th

Add some more runs so it won't feel so dicey when our bullpen comes into the game. Jesse Crain is on the DL so it's still a closer by committee.

Jarred Cosart pitched 5 innings: 0 runs allowed, 4 hits and 3 strikeouts.

He was only at 88 pitches. I'm surprised Bo Porter didn't stretch him out but it's early in the season

Jerome Williams came into the game in relief to pitch the top of the 6th. He's already allowed two runners on base. Sigh... Our 2-0 lead is about to disappear.

Adda boy Jerome Williams. The Yankees stranded runners on the corners with 1 out. Mark Teixeira struck out and Alfonso Soriano grounded out.

Still 2-0 Astros in the middle of the 6th

We need some more runs. The bullpen always worries me but I have to believe it's much improved over last year.

Looks like Kevin Chapman is going to blow the lead in the top of the 7th.
Runners on 1st and 3rd, no outs for the Yankees. Not again. #BullpenWoes

Jose Altuve turned the 4-6-3 double play. Runner scored but the Astros still lead 2-1 with two outs and nobody on base. I guess it's a nice trade off.
