itll just be inconsistent

miley is a decent #3, bucholz is like a 2/3, porcello is a 2/3, masterson and kelly are 4s.

not alot of strikeouts or innings eaters there, so the offense is gonna have to be top 3 for them to make the postseason.

that or they make a move for a top end starter like hamels.

If that's the case, it has more to do with your other pitchers underachieving than Kelly being your best pitcher.

Buchholz has a 95 ERA+ over his last 478+IP. I have no idea how he is a #2/3. He hasn't been that guy since 2011.

on a bad team, hes a #2, and on a good team, hes a #3.

he has enough upside to warrant it. dont get mad.
